Last night Forrest and I double dated with Hollis and Sal by going to dinner at Jackson Fillmore on...yes you guessed it folks...Jackson and Fillmore. It's a tiny little Italian place that only takes reservations for groups larger than 3..muy interestante. Food was pretty good although the portion sizes were a little small...the complimentary bruschetta -- HOLY CRAP! That shit was GOOD[1]. Afterwards we cruised over to Sal's pad in Pac Heights for a glass of wine and banter about who's family is more ethnic and overbearing competition between myself and Sal....I think it was a tie.
Afterwards we met up with Chester, Adam, Elliott and Stephanie (visiting from NYC) at Romolo in North Beach. It was amazingly quiet at Romolo...actually it was a quiet night out in North Beach in general. I haven't been to Romolo in over a year and a half and before anyone else gets a chance to say anything, I am gonna say it...last time I was there, I was LOADED and made some apparently bold statements that I am consistently reminded of. So first off I told Chester and Ninos that their friend (Forrest) was cute...they got SUPER wierd (they are worse than girls) so I said that I changed my mind and he was ugly because they are so F-ing wierd. Apparently there was a second statment, but I don't remember saying it...I apparently said I would totally make out with Forrest...oh well..big deal.
[1] "load"ed comments because there was a lot of talk about poop for some apparent reason. We also talked about burping and farting...yes, the dialouge of enlightened minds
no...you guys are totally worse than girls. "what are your intentions" At that time, there were no intentions...just an opinion/statement.
ReplyDeleteOf course my state of mind at the time made me a wierdo..are you kidding? I had just pounded a large sapporo! hahahaha..ugh
ReplyDeleteI cannot be held responsible for any statements I may/may not have made publically during 2004...I mean for f#@k's sake, I publically stated that I wanted to spend my birthday at a strip club.
