You're such a lagger Liger

Last night was softball night for Team Ligers as our most Thursdays between June - October at National Semiconductor. We played the Longshots and we thankfully won after 2 weeks of disappointment out on the field. However this week's game was interesting for a number of reasons:

• We started out barely having enough people to play to having an overly full roster after the first inning.
• Vy played with a sprained ankle....side effect of her wild partying lifestyle ;)
• I played with a minor hole in my foot after stepping on a nail that was hiding in the gravel walkways...
• Sam and Adam both got home runs
• Meeta did a backflip after she ineffectively tried to block the runner from getting on first base with her vicious ghetto booty

Afterwards we went over to Tasty Subs instead of our ususal St John's to switch up our post game meal/beers agenda. I gotta say...Tasty Subs is a pretty sweet deal...with a large pizza coming in at around $14 and that including a free pitcher of domestic beer, that's got to be the best meal deal on the planet. Also Meeta mentioned that their happy hour goes until closing - we all deduced that "until closing" is no longer a happy hour but a happy shift. The signage within tasty subs indicates that it's a "Super Power Happy Hour."
