Kappa Maki anyone?The LVH discovered that their local sushi boat place, SushiMaru, has some interesting end of evening practices of doubling up the plates on the sushi boats in order to clear out as much inventory as possible before they close. So in recent weeks, I have been able to convince Hiroko to join me as we decimate the doubled up sushi plates after a night of running with PacWest.

what time do u go to eat at SushiMaru? I want double the order sushi!
they close at 930 so it is ideal to go there around 800 - 830...because that's when they start to double up the plates....
wednesday hiroko and i were able to get dinner for about $19 total
