This weekend was spent doing 2 different excercizes for about 2 hours each..HAHA. I know, who would have thunk that I would have turned into such an excercize junkie. A 10 mile run on Sat at Sawyer camp and a 30 mile bike ride on Sunday. Surprisingly enough, I feel pretty good...it's Tuesday and nothing hurts or is sore...so I'm now off to the gym to see what other damage I can have my body endure :)
