1. The condition or fact of being related; connection or association.
2. Connection by blood or marriage; kinship.
3. A particular type of connection existing between people related to or having dealings with each other.
4. A romantic or sexual involvement.
Today I decided to look up the word relationship online. Upon reading the 4 different definitions, a relationship appears to be rather straightforward...it's the connection between two people of varying degrees. Nowhere in there does it say it MUST be approved and defined by some societal norm. I'd like to think that only the opinion of the people directly involved in the relationship matters.
Something to think about....the most simple sounding things are often the most complicated.
*sigh* And it makes you wonder, Why must things be defined?
