I found this
mucho fascinating find awhile back in one of my cooking magazines...I want to say it was Cooking Light but I can't be sure anymore, it was so long ago. But it's dehydrated lemon juice crystals...how crazy is that? I need to find this, buy this and then start using it...it takes up much less room and a big jar of lemon juice and is non perishable compared to an actual lemon.

got an email from Meg (from chesternet) that she has a box of true lemon laying around and will mail to me since she hasn't used it...excited to try it out.
