Stopped by Supergo last night to pick up some new road cycling shoes (Specialized Torch)...I called Chester in a panic when I was at the store trying them on, imagine it: me, flustered with one road shoe on, pantleg hiked up and other foot barefoot...sweating profusely because I have to buy shoes. Meanwhile all I can think about is how well the metallic blue matches my bike as well as my jerseys.

Saturday I was practicing getting in and out of my clipless pedals in my office parking lot...with one foot on the curb so I was not mobile.
I fell over and while lying like a dead cockroach in the handicapped parking spot, I struggled in vain to release my foot from the pedal, because I basically couldn't get up.
So now my left side hurts from the pavement, while the inside of my left leg hurts from having my bike fall on it.
