I went to USF to pick up my car that my brother was borrowing for the weekend...so as I am leaving the parking lot, I see this. WTF is going on here? There is a regular sized parking space that can obviously fit an SUV...but some idiot parked his Lark Scooter thingy there...this picture poses a few concerns...
- Why is the Lark parked in the first place? Don't people use these because they can't walk?
- If you are going to park your Lark scooter, why not be considerate and use a motorcycle parking space?
