Charting my progress

In an effort to keep track of my running improvements, I am proud to say that over this weekend I have been able to go the following:
  1. Decrease my average mile time by 1 minute. I ran 2 miles in 18 minutes on Saturday - that is just too fucking rad
  2. Increase my endurance on running hills by running a hill program on the treadmill for about 25 minutes. The original goal was 30 minutes but I totally crapped out and had to walk the last 5.
